This website support is very bad bad bad. they are lazy people and when you open a ticket they replay to you after 2-3 hours by saying ''we will see upon this and will inform you''. 20 hours passing and nothing happening. Websites are mostly down, and we host websites her for SEO pourposes but a website being down has ZERO seo points !!! when you ask them why your websites are down they answer you, your website is hosted in a busy server, if you want let us know to transfer it to another server, another 24 hours waste of time. and with no reason you see that all your brand new theme design you did 5 days ago is gone with the wind and no explation from the company. It is cheapest seo hosting but the quality is worst quality i ever seen in this 5-6 years of experience. I used a lot of hosts for the last 5 years, but this is just horrible. I am hosting 26 blogs network their, they keep ruining the sites every week, one time I get error 500, next time my blog posts dissapeared, today I can't login because they did something and wp-logins are not working. Uptime is just horrible, I mean every day I have my sites offline for several hours.
